Now that the soup base is starting to boil, you are ready to Shabu-shabu! For tender pieces of beef or lamb, use the skewers and dip into the boiling broth until just pink or to your liking. Put the tofu, mushroom, winter melon, turnip and corn cob in for longer to give extra flavor to your soup. Make your own combination out of the dipping sauces for dipping those delicious fish cakes and dumplings.
